These Terms apply to PathwayX One, PathwayX Schools and PathwayX Reach. Version 1.2 was adopted and signed on 4 August 2026.

School and college careers partnerships, including one-off or ongoing talks, workshops, mock interviews, assessment activities, careers-team support and agreed resources.
PathwayX Reach
Early-talent and outreach advisory for employers and organisations, delivered through an agreed statement of work, project or retainer.

PathwayX does not guarantee an interview, job, apprenticeship, university place, grade, salary, income or any other result. Customers pay for the agreed preparation, mentoring, education and feedback.
After the applicable statutory consumer cancellation period, PathwayX does not offer discretionary change-of-mind cancellations or refunds. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available where the law requires them.
