PathwayX Ltd is the data controller for the personal information it decides how and why to use. Children receive a higher level of protection, and safeguarding information is handled separately and only where necessary.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, form and manage contracts, deliver mentoring and programmes, process payments, communicate safely, improve services and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities.
Who may receive it
Authorised PathwayX personnel, appropriate parents or guardians, commissioning schools or organisations, vetted service providers, professional advisers and protection or regulatory authorities where necessary and lawful.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, move or object to the use of personal information and to withdraw consent where consent is relied upon.
