Is PathwayX One only for apprenticeships?+
No. The skills apply across apprenticeships, higher-level apprenticeships, university choices, placements, internships and early-career roles. The one-to-one support is tailored to the route the student is actually considering.
Does PathwayX write applications for students?+
No. We help students recognise their evidence, understand the question, structure a strong response and improve their own work. The final application stays honest and in the student’s voice.
What does 24/7 mentor access mean?+
Students can text their mentor 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whenever an application question, decision or confidence wobble appears. It gives them support beyond scheduled calls. PathwayX One is not an emergency service and 24/7 access does not mean every message receives an instant reply.
What if the student has very little experience?+
Part-time work, sport, caring, volunteering, school projects, clubs and hobbies can all provide useful evidence. PathwayX One helps the student identify what they learned and connect it truthfully to the opportunity.
How are under-18s supported safely?+
Before one-to-one support begins, the appropriate parent, guardian or school involvement and communication arrangements are agreed. PathwayX works within its safeguarding, conduct and data-protection procedures.
Does paying £199 guarantee an offer?+
No honest service can guarantee an employer’s decision. PathwayX One guarantees structured preparation, personal guidance and realistic practice designed to help the student present their ability far more effectively.
