Privacy & data protection
PathwayX collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, arrange services and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities. The application readiness check stores the six selected answers, calculated score and completion time without asking for a name, email address or student identifier; its results are used in aggregate to create the live benchmark and understand common preparation gaps. We do not ask website visitors to submit special-category or detailed safeguarding information through the ordinary enquiry form. Personal information is kept securely, shared only where there is a lawful and necessary reason, and retained no longer than required. The welfare of children and young people is the first consideration in PathwayX delivery. Appropriate adult involvement, communication channels, consent and session arrangements are agreed before work begins. Concerns are recorded and escalated through the relevant safeguarding route; confidentiality is never promised where someone may be at risk of harm.

PathwayX expects respectful, inclusive and professional behaviour. Staff and associates maintain appropriate boundaries, avoid favouritism, communicate through agreed channels and never use their role to form inappropriate relationships. Students, schools and partners are also expected to treat others with dignity and respect.

We aim to resolve concerns promptly, fairly and without defensiveness. Complaints can be made by email and should include the service involved, what happened and the outcome sought. Receipt will normally be acknowledged within five working days, followed by a proportionate review and written response. Safeguarding concerns follow the safeguarding procedure instead.

The scope, delivery format, responsibilities, fees and cancellation arrangements are agreed before a paid service begins. PathwayX provides preparation and guidance but cannot guarantee an interview, offer, grade or other outcome. Materials remain PathwayX intellectual property unless otherwise agreed and must not be redistributed without permission.
