During the first 14 daysA legal cancellation right normally applies to online consumer purchases.
A consumer may cancel by any clear statement, including email. If they expressly ask PathwayX to begin during that period and later cancel, PathwayX may charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied.
If the service is completed earlyThe right can end after full performance.
Where the consumer expressly requested early delivery and acknowledged the consequence in advance, the statutory right ends once the agreed core service has been fully performed.
After the statutory periodNo change-of-mind cancellation or refund.
PathwayX One fees are non-refundable where the customer or participant changes their mind, does not attend, disengages, no longer needs support or obtains another opportunity. A reschedule is available only where PathwayX agrees it in writing.
Where a remedy still appliesYour mandatory rights remain intact.
A refund or another remedy may still be due if PathwayX cancels and cannot provide a suitable replacement, if services are not provided with reasonable care and skill or as described, or where another mandatory legal remedy applies.
